Edupoly uses student contact details to administer learning services. WhatsApp promotional messages are sent only after explicit consent, using approved Meta templates. Students may withdraw consent at any time by contacting Edupoly or replying with an opt-out request.

We store names, contact details, course groups, learning records, and messaging-consent records needed to provide training and communicate with students.

Messaging choices
Promotional WhatsApp messaging requires opt-in. Service messages may be used for requested or necessary course communication. Consent can be withdrawn and inactive records are excluded from campaigns.
